Description

The Bifrost is a handmade Viking wooden watch built around the Helm of Awe, the Aegishjalmur, an Icelandic magical stave from post-medieval grimoires, worn for protection and courage. The Helm of Awe is carved into the dial, and the back is engraved with the Norse saying “Die in Battle & Go to Valhalla.” A precise Japanese Miyota movement sits inside a natural bamboo case, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
