I'd like you to know the end result of my purchase of the Viking ship model from you. The instructions were in Chinese; the "English" instructions you sent to me were in an incoherent mix of Chinese and English (look at them yourself) Major parts were made of cardboard. We threw the kit away. You should not be selling these . No one should.

we can't yet build it because the instructions are in Chinese. We are waiting (3 days, so far) for a reply from Vikings brand

After 23 and Me revealed his Nordic ancestry, my husband wanted a Viking longboat model to assemble for his birthday. I looked everywhere and this was the only one I found that looked like what he wanted. I was daunted but all the pieces and it’s assembly, but he’s a master at woodworking and I knew this was just the project for him. It’s just what he wanted. He really likes the quality of the product; his only complaint is that he wishes some of the pieces were a bit more sturdy. Otherwise, it’s perfect for him.

Very very cheap materials I’ve built ships before there’s no way this is even worth $70 on sale I will build it anyway more trouble to ship it back then to build it

I've looked for this to build for some time. After learning of my family lineage I wanted something to display in our home. When this is done, it will be a special piece. So far I have found the build challenging, but i know the result will be worth it.

No sense in reviewing less than 5 stars because this company isn't honest and won't post 1 star reviews. Product shipped in unmarked, flimsy cardboard box, but when a company dropships from China I guess you can't expect much more. I don't believe for one second this company has ever seen, first hand, most of their products. Purchased a model boat on sale for $70 (regular price $150+) and it's not worth it at all. I could've gone out and purchased all materials for under $20. Will never buy from this company again.

I was very disappointed with the packaging, a cheap plain brown cardboard box. Very suprised nothing was damaged. They could definitely step up there game on that!

I have to give 5 stars because they won't publish anything less. I am still waiting on customer service to return my emails. They won't answer the phone. They say responds will be 24 -48. Today has been a week now. I figure maybe me posting this will get them to contact me.

My first review wouldn't post wouldn't post im guessing because I told the truth. To sum up my first review. Items came damaged and it took 2 months 2 receive. Only 3 stars for me. If they ever let the first review post you will get a better idea why I said 3 stars

It's my first ship model out of wood, the model its self is top notch, the instructions though you have to read twice, not too clear on the first round. That been said it has gone together better than expected, but I will recomend to buy 100, 19mm fold back clips as you can see in the photo, and just normal water to soak the planks the clips you can purchased from Amazon for £3.00 - £4.00, and a healthy dose of patience

Although with working 12 hours per day, 6 days a week for the season, he can't start working on this yet; the person I got this for is eager to get to work creating his ship with his own personal touch. The only criticism he had was for the dragon head - he doesn't like the horns so he is going to make his own. He is a designer and artist, so it WILL be a work of art when he is finished and I will be sure to share pictures!

Had a small problem at first with delivery but the wonderful staff at Vikings corrected the problem as soon as they could. Received my purchase in excellent condition and very happy with the product. Now the fun begins in assembling it. I canät wait to see the finished product proudly displayed in my house. I would recomend any person to purchase this lovely Viking ship.
