One ring. Black and Blue are two finishes of the same band — you pick one at checkout, and one ring ships. If you want a matching pair, order twice and choose the size you need for each.
What is the difference between Black and Blue?
Black is a black band with a silver dragon over the blue carbon fibre inlay. Blue is a blue band with a gold dragon over the same inlay. The shape, width and inlay are identical.
