The Vegvisir is often sold as a Viking compass, but the drawing we all know comes from the Huld manuscript, written in Iceland in 1860. It is later Icelandic material, not a Viking Age find, and we say so on every listing. Cubic zirconia is a modern synthetic stone, and we say so rather than implying a natural gem. The shield shaped face is shared across a small set of rings, each carrying a different Norse symbol.
